Ok gang, Stand by. Buddy sent over a fresh batch of old pics, so relax and enjoy these from the New England championship drags, Sanford, Maine. 10/12/58
No racing shots here, just cool spectators cars spotted while strolling around.
His first batch of pics can still be seen lower down the page.

Abone appears to be sporting the hot brake setup: '39 juice binders.

Cant work this one out. Surely the owner didn't RAISE that roof. I guess the car is sectioned, but that roof still looks higher than stock to me.
(Actually, Buddy sez his scanner went on the blink.)

These were the first batch of pics sent in by Buddy, had a lot of favourable response from these, so enjoy.
I took these on Sept. 14, 1958, at the age of 16. it was (I believe) the Flywheels Rod and Custom Show, So. Braintree, Mass.

The 2 tone '32 3W with the Cadillac Motor is still owned and driven by Gene Lade, Now in his late '70's.

Mart, more crap from Buddy George.  Some of this is my ego trip, some is from
my youth and a great bunch of hot rod friends. I was a member of the Rickshaws
Hot Rod club of Somerville Mass and later of Custom Engineering also of
Somerville.
